Foundation for Infinity retreat day - 8 September 2024

9.30am - 4.00pm at The Beauty Barn, Fillingham, DN21 5BX

Arrive at 9.30am for a 10am start

Session 1 - Kundalini yoga:
Accessible for all. For our first session of the day we will experience the Foundation for Infinity kundalini yoga kriya. During the session you will practice physical postures and pranayama (breath-work) to distribute energy through your body and mind. We will recite mantra (chanting) to stimulate the mind, and meditate to still the body and mind to experience a deep state of relaxation. The Foundation for Infinity Kriya is said to give us a firm foundation on Earth so that we may experience the boundlessness of infinity during the meditation.

BREAK - time for a drink before:

Session 2 - Pendulum workshop - meet your new crystal pendulum and learn how to tune in and work with it to gain insight and understanding for a variety of situations.

LUNCH - we are providing a light lunch to keep you energised throughout the afternoon.

Session 3 -Inside Nature Walk:
Accessible for all. After lunch we will take a mindful ‘walk’ in nature with some gentle hatha yoga postures, breath work and guided visualisation / relaxation. All will be completed using the power of your mind, no actual walking involved, done in the studio.

BREAK - another chance to get a drink and then get nice and comfortable ready for the:

Session 4 - Sound bath
Beginning with a guided, grounding meditation we connect to the earth before then setting a positive intention for the energy to follow. Your parasympathetic nervous system then gets a helping hand as you immerse yourself in the wonderful frequencies and vibrations created by the array of beautiful instruments at hand, helping you to feel deeply relaxed and rejuvinated.
